Windows task scheduler auto login




















Create a new user here I created testuser from my local Windows system. On your local machine it does not work. Try to run the command from another Windows system with the username testuser and password.

So you say that an entry in the Run section is preferable to using the Task Scheduler? And I only should use the Scheduler for periodically running tasks? If I am misunderstanding something, please correct me. I was not aware that it would log the user back on automatically if they logged off. That was not clear to me from the Microsoft support Article. I appreciate you clarifying that for me Thank you very much! Hopefully this will not prevent other users from logging into a terminal server that is configured to use this Automatic Login ability.
